Mistakes in investing are not a very popular topic, but they belong to it and one can learn a lot from them. My main mistakes were, for example, that I started investing according to analysts or youtubers and chose stocks mainly according to their past growth.
What mistakes did you make in the beginning or during the investing process?
We all know it was mostly tech stocks that fell yesterday, but I was very surprised by the drop in $BAC3.4% and $JPM1.9%. Bank of America stock was down more than 11% yesterday. I have $BAC3.4% in my portfolio and I'm happy, but I may overbuy now after the drop.
Will anyone be overbuying bank stocks after the drop too?

Shares of $TSLA-2.6% were down 10% in aftermarket trading yesterday. This was likely due to a drop in Tesla vehicle deliveries and the introduction of new tariffs. I'll be overbought other stocks today, but if the price drops again to $220, I'd still buy.
Will anyone be overbought on $TSLA-2.6%stock today , or will you focus on other titles?

It's finally calmer, but I've been shopping around that $220 a lot. Now I'm looking forward to robotaxi😃
Are you inspired by Warren Buffett and his investing?
He's one of the best investors and it's definitely good to keep track of what he's doing and what stocks he's bought or sold on a regular basis. For example, I was inspired by investing in $AAPL-3.7%, so I bought the stock a few years ago and am currently making a nice profit on it (it was also the first stock I bought).

He's a big role model of mine, so it's also thanks to him that I started investing and focused on value investing.
Shares of $JNJ-1.7% fell 4% today after a US judge rejected Johnson & Johnson's proposal to settle tens of thousands of lawsuits for $10 billion. I don't have $JNJ-1.7% stock in my portfolio and I certainly won't be buying it, because its growth is lousy and the business isn't doing very well either.
Does it make sense for anyone else to invest in $JNJ-1.7%?

Business is probably good, but the stock just isn't growing and it's not very interesting. The company has some issues and the stock will probably still go sideways.
That Google is sinking pretty good. On Friday, the stock was down 4% and the price was down to $156. That's an 18% drop this year alone, but fortunately the fundamentals haven't changed, which I see as a great opportunity, so I'll be overbought.
What do you think of the current valuation of $GOOG1.0%? Are you overbought?

Great business and with a P/E of 20 it's really cheap. We'll see what the stock reaction is tomorrow.
Do you address moral considerations and ethics when investing in stocks?
Personally, I more or less don't address that when investing because every company does something wrong, and I couldn't invest anywhere with that attitude. On the one hand, I understand that it's not ideal and that it's not pretty, but on the other hand, I don't mind investing in companies like $MO-0.8% or $LMT-0.3%...

What do you think about $VOW3.DE-1.2%stock ?
Volkswagen has been underperforming for some time now - results have been poor and the stock was down significantly last year, by about 20%. This year, however, the stock is already up 11%. I have $P911.DE-0.4%in my portfolio, but I don't and won't invest in $VOW3.DE.-1.2%

The European car companies are not in the best situation right now, but when things calm down again, these companies could prosper again.

Recently, the stock indices have finally fallen significantly. I recently bought $CNDX.L-3.5% and I'm thinking about maybe buying some India and China focused ETFs as well.
What ETFs besides the SP500 do you invest in?

I also have only purchased $CNDX.L-3.5%, but for retirement I would like to include some ETFs that contain high dividend stocks in my portfolio.

Anyone investing in $3CP.F-10.9%? Would you rather invest in $AAPL-3.7%, $SMSN.L0.0% or $3CP.F-10.9%?
Xiaomi is a Chinese technology company focused on electronics and smart devices. It's product portfolio is really broad, and one of its main competitors is $AAPL-3.7%, for example . But it's a growth Chinese stock, which can be quite risky. The price is really high at the moment, but after some...

Apple isn't doing so well anymore, but it still strikes me as a better and higher quality company than $3CP.F.-10.9%

Yesterday it rose very nicely - the S&P500 added less than 2%, $AMD-2.5% jumped 6% and $TSLA-2.6% even 11%. I don't want to time the market, so I guess I don't care where it goes because I'll either buy or be happy with the gains. We'll see...

Things have calmed down quite a bit now and it looks like the stock could slowly start to rise.

Does anyone else here hold shares of $CEZ.PR-3.6%?
I bought a few shares of CEZ a few years ago, but a lot has changed since then and I wouldn't buy again. My position is pretty small, so I'll hold until something changes significantly.

There are much better opportunities on the market right now, and this stock is not cheap at all.

Investors, which stocks did you buy last?
I'm taking advantage of the correction and slowly overbought. Most recently I overbought $AMD-2.5%, $TSLA-2.6% and established a position in $TTD0.2%.

What do you think of the $NKE-2.9%results ? Will anyone be buying in today after a 7% drop ?
Nike reported results yesterday that beat expectations, but the stock fell about 7% in the aftermarket. The drop was due to news that the company expects a significant drop in sales. Fortunately,I don't have$NKE-2.9%stock in my portfolio, but I believe the company will recover over time and...

I have honestly never been interested in this sector and there are better opportunities on the market right now. I'd rather focus on the technology stocks right now.
I didn't study as much fundamentals and business of companies and took maybe more risks than I should have.
