Automaker Stellantis has halted construction of an electric vehicle battery factory in Canada, citing the federal government's failure to deliver promised incentives. However, a substantial portion has already been built and negotiations are now underway.
The Deputy Prime Minister has said that they are very supportive of this investment and he is very confident that somehow they will come to an agreement.
This news was probably the cause of the $VOW falling to $116 today, which in my eyes is a price that should not be overlooked.
