News from Apple WWDC 2024 and AI Initiative
Introducing Apple Intelligence:
- At the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), $AAPL+3.7% unveiled its new artificial intelligence ecosystem called Apple Intelligence.
Hyperpersonalized Assistant:
$AAPL+3.7% aims to transform the iPhone into a hyper-personalized AI assistant reminiscent of Jarvis from Iron Man - a system that can understand and respond to human speech, recognize voices, analyze data, and assist in decision-making.
- Collaboration with OpenAI:
-$AAPL+3.7% has confirmed a collaboration with OpenAI, the makers of ChatGPT, to integrate ChatGPT into the iPhone via Siri, in an effort to bring advanced AI features to its ecosystem.
I, as a proud Apple sheep😂was pretty excited about all the announcements with Apple Intelligence. If they can launch it quickly, it will be great. at the moment, it looks like some of the major features that have been introduced won't come until the end of the year. I think the market reaction after WWDC spoke volumes. If any company has to create the most useful assistant on a phone, it's Apple because of its size and because of the integration.
The collaboration is great, already now it's popping up on my MacOs that I can download a Mac-only app for ChatGPT, so far it's just a benefit in that it doesn't have to be run over the web but in time I hope the AI will be safely and interestingly tweaked. 😊 $AAPL+3.7% is otherwise a company I have in my portfolio and intend to keep hopefully forever, at least as long as I like the products and use them. 😁
