📉 Adobe shares have seen a significant drop!
I'll follow up on @lukasnekvapil's post regarding Adobe.
Adobe $ADBE is a leading global software company, best known for its creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. The company specializes in digital media, design and marketing solutions, making it a key player in the content creation space.
On Friday, the stock Adobe fell more than 8% after the company posted a lower-than-expected outlook for the upcoming quarter. This is despite the fact that the results for the past period beat both earnings and revenue estimates. Shares fell as low as $531.18, the worst drop since March this year, when the company faced a similar situation.
The company expects earnings per share between USD 4.63 and USD 4.68, on revenue of around USD 5.5 billion. Analysts had expected higher figures. The company's market capitalization fell by $23 billion, which is a significant loss, but by no means definitive. At the moment, I expect an even bigger drop.
Still,Adobe beat analyst expectations for the third quarter with revenue of $5.41 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $4.65. The company continues to capitalize on the opportunities associated with generative artificial intelligence. Features such as "Firefly", enabling the creation of videos from images or editing videos with text-based instructions, are examples of the innovations Adobe is bringing to market.
Short-term stock price fluctuations are not uncommon, especially when dealing with technology companies in a rapidly changing environment. Long-term outlook Adobe however, remains positive - thanks in large part to its strategic focus on artificial intelligence.

What do you think of Adobe?
The stock has been rising steadily, so that might not be a bad thing for diversification.
If the stock were to drop significantly, I might buy.
The performance is not good and it's not a business that I see any potential to improve.

The drop was too small to establish a position, but it's certainly an interesting company.
It was a big drop, but it wasn't enough for me to fill the position. I have a really small position here that I bought at $435.
