Yes, stocks in this sector are definitely going up now. I have $O and $VICI in my portfolio.
For me, it's definitely $O. It's the most stable and largest in this sector and I'm convinced that this sector will grow for a long time now.
Stocks are already back in the green, and as interest rates continue to fall, these stocks will rise even more.
I hope so, $O and $VICI both pay a great dividend and already the stock is rising.
