Berkshire Hathaway reported very solid results today. For example, operating profit for last quarter was up 71% (see flash newsfor a nice summary of the results ). Shares of $BRK-B are up 4% today and are up 10% year-to-date alone. While I regularly invest in the S&P 500, I also think this stock is a great option for regular investing.
