Community Guidelines
Bulios is a community of investors who decide based on their own analysis. We share data, experience and opinions - and that is exactly why we need a few clear rules to keep the discussion fair and harmless.
Investment content
We share opinions, not instructions
All content on Bulios - posts, articles, comments and creator content - is informational and educational. It is investors sharing perspectives, not investment advice or recommendations.
Do not give specific people tailored instructions on what to buy or sell. Individualized investment advice may only be provided by entities licensed by a financial regulator.
Nobody knows the future. Claims like "guaranteed profit" or "this stock will do +300%" do not belong on Bulios.
Spreading false or misleading information to move a price (pump-and-dump) violates these guidelines as well as the European market abuse regulation.
If you write about a stock you own, say so. Readers deserve to know your angle.
Data and claims that are not your own deserve a link to their origin.
If you receive payment or another benefit for content or a mention, it must be apparent from the post.
Community conduct
A discussion you want to come back to
Arguments, not people
Personal attacks, humiliation and harassment do not belong on Bulios.
No spam
No spam, chain messages or repeated posting of the same content.
No fake identity
Do not impersonate another person or institution.
Respect for authorship
Respect copyright - publish only content you have the rights to.
Reporting and moderation
When something breaks the rules
You can report content you believe violates these guidelines to the editorial team.
Moderation may remove violating content, limit its visibility, or restrict an account temporarily or permanently, depending on severity and repetition. We will inform you about the action and you can appeal the decision.

Bulios editorial content follows the editorial standards. Community content is always clearly distinguished - it represents the personal views of individual members, not the editorial team's position. These guidelines complement the Terms of Service; in case of conflict, the terms prevail.
