💥 Colt CZ Group: record sales, stable growth and strong position in the global arms industry!

The arms manufacturing group Colt CZ Group SE $CZG.PR, which was established in 2021, when Česká zbrojovka Group SE acquired the iconic American manufacturer Colt's Manufacturing Company. This acquisition created a global leader in small arms with a solid base in Europe and North America, significantly strengthening the Group's manufacturing and distribution capabilities.

The company closed 2024 with record consolidated revenues of CZK 22.38 billion, representing year-on-year growth of more than 50 %. This result confirms the continued strong demand for the Group's civil and defence products and the successful targeting of key global markets.

The company manufactures and sells various types of firearms for civilian, security and military use. Its portfolio includes pistols, revolvers, rifles and carbines, including legendary models of the brands Colt or Dan Wesson. The group's guns are exported to dozens of countries around the world and are widely used by both professionals and sport shooters.

At the same time, Colt CZ delivered 633,739 guns to the market , an increase of 2 % compared to the previous year. Of the total volume, short firearms accounted for 56 %, while the remainder is accounted for by long firearms.

📉 Despite a lower adjusted net profit after tax of CZK 1.93 billion (down 5.7%), the Group dramatically strengthened its operating performance. Adjusted EBITDA adjusted for exceptional items increased by 50,9 % to CZK 4.6 billion, reflecting strong operating cash flow and the ability to manage costs in a growth environment.

🔍 Although profitability declined slightly, revenue growth and EBITDA signal stable fundamentals and a healthy business structure.

With ongoing geopolitical tensions and rising defense budgets, this is a title that deserves attention even among the big players.

What's your take on this company?

It's definitely one of the best companies, but I'm currently looking more at $BAESF.

The company is really doing well and the stock has grown nicely over the past year, but the stock still looks quite undervalued.
