🚀 Is Salesforce $CRM being mispriced by the market?

JPMorgan thinks so.

The firm has initiated coverage on Salesforce with an Overweight rating and a $250 price target, arguing that many of the concerns weighing on the stock are "overblown."

📌 Key points behind the bullish thesis:

✅ The market appears to be pricing in further growth deceleration rather than Salesforce's progress toward its long-term Rule of 50 target.

✅ JPMorgan expects an acceleration in Salesforce's core business during 2H FY2027, which could help re-ignite investor confidence.

✅ Fears surrounding disruption from frontier AI models and increased competition are viewed as impacting only a relatively small portion of the business.

✅ Even without a major revenue acceleration, Salesforce's combination of:

🔹Strong profitability

🔹Industry-leading margins

🔹Durable enterprise customer relationships

🔹Market leadership in CRM

...may justify a higher valuation than the market is currently assigning.

💡 Perhaps the most interesting takeaway is that JPMorgan believes the next leg of upside may come less from explosive growth and more from a valuation re-rating. In other words, investors may eventually be willing to pay a higher multiple for a company that continues to deliver consistent cash flow, margin expansion, and disciplined execution.

As AI dominates the conversation across software, Salesforce remains one of the largest enterprise software platforms in the world. The debate now is whether the market is underestimating the company's ability to combine AI innovation with profitable growth.

📈 Question for investors: Is Salesforce a value opportunity in enterprise software, or are the market's concerns about growth and AI competition still justified?

I'd say that, all things considered, $CRM is currently valued quite well after that fall from ATH. Around $120, though, I'd like it even more :)
