Another round of "circular financing" from $NVDA is here.

Nvidia announced a $1.5 billion investment in SB Energy, a subsidiary of SoftBank, while also closing a deal for 4.25 gigawatts of capacity for the PORTS-Pike data center campus in Pike County, Ohio, whose main tenant will be OpenAI.

This circular financing has been talked about for quite a while. The company naturally resists it. The truth is, however, that some of the risk does fall on Nvidia. So it's worth considering.
