Another red day for stocks📉 With quite a bit of volatility in individual names.
The S&P 500 lost a quarter of a percent, but the Nasdaq weakened by almost a full percent. No wonder, with Nvidia $NVDA down 2.92% ahead of Wednesday's results, followed by $AMD with a 3.49% drop and Tesla $TSLA and SpaceX $SPCX, which also have a high weight in the index.
Memory makers also fell (and broadly, not just in the US) along with oil. Gold, on the other hand, strengthened.
Banks, however, had a nice rise. I'm looking at $JPM, which I hold in my portfolio, adding a nice 1.37% and trading just under 3% below its all-time high.
Visa $V and Mastercard $MA also rose nicely. Both up over 3%.
A really interesting week awaits us...
