Intuit agrees to acquire Sequence to expand AI-powered revenue management

🚨 $INTU is making another move deeper into AI-powered finance. Intuit has agreed to acquire Sequence, an AI-native revenue management platform that automates the quote-to-revenue process.

The platform covers everything from pricing and deal configuration to billing, invoicing, collections and revenue recognition.

The strategic angle is particularly interesting.

As more companies move toward usage-based and hybrid pricing, revenue management is becoming increasingly complex. Intuit wants to automate those workflows and integrate the capabilities into products including Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced.

🎯 The target? Mid-market companies, particularly businesses operating with increasingly complex revenue models.

For investors, I see this as another piece of Intuits broader transformation.

$INTU is increasingly positioning itself as much more than accounting software. The company is building an ecosystem designed to automate a larger portion of how businesses manage their finances.

Financial terms weren't disclosed, so well have to focus on the strategic value for now.

More AI + more automation + deeper penetration into the mid-market = an interesting long-term combination for $INTU.

👀 One more example of how AI is moving from experimentation toward real business workflows across enterprise software.

The stock is nicely gaining today. Do you have it in your portfolio? Some smaller position at current prices probably wouldn't hurt.

Thanks! I agree. I like Intuit’s long-term prospects, especially with the increasing focus on AI and automation. It is the highest position in my portfolio.
