Does anyone have $OTISstock in their portfolio too ?
I was quite intrigued by this elevator and escalator manufacturer earlier this summer, so I bought in and so far I'm +10% on this position. The stock has been steadily rising, but admittedly the valuation is quite high and the stock is not cheap.
The question is whether this business is sustainable and whether their stock will rise as it has been, as elevators are almost everywhere and it seems to me that such a company should rather decline.
I bought shares of $OTISa few months ago . Otis is the world's leading manufacturer of elevators and escalators. It's a more expensive stock, and it's certainly not cheap, but I can see the potential.
The purchase a few months ago is certainly at a very good price and the position will now be in the black. Nice company. Debt OK, dividend, growth on the horizon.
