Hello, how do you see $VICI? I don't have it in my portfolio yet, but it has been recommended many times and is not at a bad price at the moment.

I like the company and it has a nice dividend, however I would like to buy lower.

Expensive it is, but it's hard to say what would have to happen to make it a better price. Last time it was 2020.
