I recently sold off my stake in $TR due to underperformance and the dividend wasn't that interesting to hold on to either. Still, I walk away with some +9%, which is the main thing. However, I have a spot in my portfolio right now for some dividend stocks. Can you post some of your divi portfolio stocks? Ideally the yield should be at least 4-5%.

In my opinion, there are much better dividend stocks. You know what stock you're gonna put the cash into now?

Hey! Hey! I would like to ask about your portfolio allocation in terms of how many positions you focus on dividend stocks and how many on growth stocks and possibly other assets?
I have it about 50/50, the one half which is dividend stocks makes up sort of the stable part of the portfolio, while in the other half I have some big tech, pharmaceutical companies and a few "play"...

I have a large portion in growth stocks where I see potential and a small portion for stability in more stable stocks.
Hi investors, I would like to know your opinion. I'm sure you've all noticed how China has started pumping money into growth, easing rates, supporting companies, just to kick start growth again (they want to achieve 5% growth this year if I'm not mistaken).
Short term? Probably great if you hold Chinese stocks. But what about the long term implications? Does anyone here have an...

Well, I thought about it before, but I decided that I just won't buy stocks from China. The only thing that would probably make sense to me is to position for some short period of time and sell at a nice profit.
What do you currently say about stocks from China? Are you buying?
Chinese stocks plunged today to their lowest level since January 2019, a grim reflection of how investors have lost faith in the country's earnings and economic recovery. The CSI 300 index closed with a 0.4% loss on Thursday, down around 14% from its May high.

Nothing new or interesting has come out in a long time, but I have shares of $DIS and if they drop any further I would start overbought.

The results will be solid again for me, but it depends on how much. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if stocks take a look at the new ATH.

Same as the banks, they're always being discussed here. 😂 ...anyway I'm here, I had to dilute because I got hasty and now I'm averaging around 140$ ...hence I'm still in the negative. I'm not worried about the company, it's big, operates a lot around the world and is still working on innovations it's good at. As Stepan writes, it has settled in a sideways trend now where I think it might not go down anymore even though I don't expect any earnings growth this year either. But once more and more interest rates are low, I believe there will be demand for solar products again and the company will kick it back up in price per share. So we'll see, but that outlook is certainly long. 😊

I'd need to see the evidence. I used to think about this stock, but a few months ago I definitely decided I didn't want this stock in my portfolio.

The results are fine. I used to think about $JNJ stock, but it's too old a company for me and doesn't have that much potential anymore.
Analysts at Berenberg have raised their estimates for the global obesity market to $150 billion by 2035, up from $125 billion previously. This revision is the result of positive data on co-morbidities and advances in competing studies. Berenberg recommends buying shares of $LLY and Zealand Pharma, while he recommends holding on to shares of $NVO.

This sector currently has great potential. However, shares in this sector are already quite expensive. I bought $NVO and I don't regret it.
Shein is committed to investing in the UK and Europe ahead of a potential IPO.
Fast-fashion retailer Shein said it will invest 250 million euros ($271 million) over five years in the U.K. and Europe as the company battles criticism of its model based on shipping cheap clothes and accessories from factories in China directly to customers around the world.
Will this IPO interest...

The US stock market should be closed today. Any ideas for a movie or TV show about the investment world? I'm open to anything, thanks :)

For me it's quite interesting that $GMEis holding up somehow, depending on their history and overall the business with games is different nowadays.
I definitely look at the outlook, and with ASML it's also one of the reasons I have their stock in my portfolio.
