VinFast Auto Ltd $VFS has gone public. This happened a few days back, specifically by way of a SPAC, not a traditional IPO.
Some say it's the new $TSLA+2.5%, I personally say the potential for a very nice short for traders. :) what do you think of this company?
What is the difference between a SPAC and an IPO?
The shorts are about the only thing I'd think about here, but I don't want to do it anyway. It was probably a positive for Tesla yesterday when it was rising so much.
