WP Carey reported their results yesterday, which were somehow neither good nor bad for me. Shares of $WPC are currently at a nice price and the company also pays a nice dividend.
How do you view WPC and do you have shares of $WPC in your portfolio?
I have and will continue to hold the shares, I sold the NLOP ones right away. The offices are passé for me. Otherwise the outlook is not too glorious but it will take a while to stabilize. I'm not buying any more now and as Mark writes, I'm also watching it though and would possibly overbought, we'll see. 😊
I wasn't too happy about the 2024 guidance, but I guess that's to be expected. I'll continue to keep a close eye on WPC and wait for any input. I haven't dropped the earnings call yet.
