✈️ Boeing announces the acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems! ✈️
After months of careful negotiations ,Boeing $BA+0.3% has decided to buy its key supplier, Spirit AeroSystems, which has recently been facing financial problems. Boeing will pay $4.7 billion for the company , bringing the total value of the deal to approximately $8.3 billion, including Spirit's net debt .
Spirit AeroSystems, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, is a manufacturer of critical components for Boeing, such as the737 and 787fuselages . The company also supplies fuselage parts for nearly all other Boeing aircraft . As part of the restructuring, Spirit plans tosell some of its operations, including those in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Prestwick, Scotland and Subang, Malaysia.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by mid-year 2025. This transaction represents a significant step for Boeing in ensuring supply chain stability and long-term growth strategy.
Despite this exciting acquisition, I do not currently find Boeing as a good investment, and when the company has resolved its issues and all the potential cases, then I'll look more closely at it.

I totally agree with you. Even this acquisition can't convince me enough to invest in this famous aircraft manufacturer. Anyway, it's an interesting move.
