No shortage of clients: Microsoft reaps the rewards of billions of dollars of investment in AI
Microsoft is seeing a significant increase in the use of its Copilot AI technology for Microsoft 365. The software, which is designed to simplify and automate work tasks, is quickly becoming a popular tool among users. As a result, the company is starting to benefit from its huge investment in AI, which it is integrating into all of its major products - from Azure cloud services to the Windows operating system.

According to Jared Spataro, corporate vice president of AI at Microsoft, the number of customers using Copilot for Microsoft 365 grew by more than 60% in the last quarter.
"The number of daily users has more than doubled, which suggests we're on the right track," says Spataro. This shows that Microsoft's investment in AI is starting to pay off, and that users are starting to understand the value these tools bring them.
