Moneta Money Bank to issue EUR 300 million six-year euro bonds
- Bond issue: $MONET.PR will issue six-year euro bonds worth EUR 300 million (approx. CZK 7.5 billion) on Wednesday.
- Issue coordinators: The issue will be led by a consortium of banks, including BNP Paribas, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe and J&T Bank.
- Rating and strategy: The bonds are likely to be rated A3 by Moody's, one notch lower than the bank itself (A2). The issue is part of a strategy to optimise the bank's capital structure and meet MREL requirements.
- Target market: The bonds are targeted at institutional and qualified investors. The coupon rate will be determined by the current market demand during the subscription.
- Repayment flexibility: The Bank retains the option of early redemption after five years of issuance, which provides some flexibility.
Wow, I didn't even know it grew like that. Well I was thinking about buying one, but it's too late😃. I did buy Erste a few months ago though.
I don't have Bank shares in my portfolio and I don't want to, but it is clear that the bank is doing well.
The company pays a high dividend, which is great. I'll think about buying.
The company is not that big. I'd rather buy stock in the big banks. Like $BAC or $JPM.
The stock is still going up. It's looking very good. I don't invest in our companies.
