Any tips on homebuilder stocks?
During higher inflation the construction industry was in a lull, but I expect it to pick back up as rates fall.
Respectively, people won't be afraid to borrow to build. I've read that there is a shortage of new homes in many regions, including America. That's where $DHI-2.9%comes to mind , but I'd like to look at competitors as well.
Now this sector could grow after the rate cut, so thanks for the tip.
$DHI-2.9% looks interesting. I'm adding this stock to my watchlist.
Stocks in this sector may start to do well now, but $MO+0.2% makes more sense to me.
This could be a good opportunity now, so I will focus more on this sector.
As rates fall, these companies will do better, but even so, the growth in these stocks is not as good.
Look at $TOL-2.5%. That's a great company in that sector, but it's pretty high now too.
