📊 Verizon makes strategic deal to sell towers for $3.3 billion! 🚀

Verizon shares experience growth, taking it to two-year highs!

Telecom giant Verizon Communications $VZ has taken another major step toward strengthening its financial stability and optimizing costs. As part of the deal, it will hand over the rights to lease, operate and manage 6,339 cell towers across the United States to Vertical Bridge.

This transaction will bring Verizon an immediate return of capital of 2.8 billion dollars, allowing the company to invest in the growth of its network and prepare for future technology challenges such as further expansion 5G and artificial intelligence. 💡📶

Verizon plans to lease back the towers to 10 years with an option to extend the contract for up to 50 years. Companies are divesting ownership of towers to reduce costs and gain flexibility. Instead, the towers are managed by independent operators such as Vertical Bridge, which opens up the possibility of leasing towers to multiple operators, maximising their value. 📡💸

Verizon can not only reduce management and operational costs through this agreement, but also gain a competitive advantage in an increasingly challenging wireless communications environment.

💼 Strong partners and a growing market
The market believes in the growing demand for wireless infrastructure as new technologies such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence emerge . This demand is likely to continue to grow as more industries go digital and increase their demands for fast and reliable connectivity. 🌐🤖

Verizon is therefore actively preparing for the technological future. It's not just about securing immediate capital - it's a long-term strategic move that will deliver a sustainable advantage in technology infrastructure.

Verizon is not the only player that has decided to leverage its resources by selling and leasing back towers. In 2019 the company entered into a similar agreement AT&T, when it sold and leased back approximately 1 000 towers for 680 million dollars. Verizon but this deal surpasses all previous tower infrastructure transactions.

🔮 Future Outlook
As 5Gtechnology gains momentum and innovations in artificial intelligence change the way we use data and communicate, investing in wireless infrastructure will be key to the long-term growth of not only telecom companies, but also the broader technology sector. With this agreement,Verizon is showing that it is not only ready to respond to today's challenges, but also to proactively prepare for the future. 🔥📶

What is your opinion of this telecom giant?

Of the telecom companies, Verizon is one of the better ones, but even so, the companies in that sector have already had major growth behind them, and it seems to me that the performance of telecom companies is getting worse and worse.

The deal is great and it's clear that the company knows what it's doing. But the price is quite high right now for a purchase.

The company has quite a lot of potential, but the price is moving up and down.

Fine stock, but too volatile for me.

Great stock for me. The price is not low, but it is one of the best stocks out of this sector.

Verizon is a good company with an interesting dividend. But it's a cyclical stock. It could be an interesting portfolio stabilizer.
