What do you think about the decline in $AAPLstock this year ? Are you buying or selling?
Shares of $AAPL are down more than 10% in the past month. The main reason for the decline was investors' reaction to news of a significant drop in iPhone sales in China. It seems to me that Apple has the least potential out of the "Magnificent 7", so I'll just hold the stock for now.
I'm very curious how the DOJ's Google lawsuit will turn out, if they block those Apple payments for the search page they will lose about 20% of their net profit which they didn't have to put any effort into and I would say it will also reduce their overall margins.
I bought the 3 week call spread, so we'll see how the results and current support turn out. But of course I'm holding the stock on :)
Apple is a great company, but they haven't come up with anything very new or original lately. I'd rather buy $GOOG from big tech.
I've had Apple purchased for a long time, but I totally agree that the potential isn't as great anymore. Apple will still do well, but it will be overtaken by other companies.
I think of Apple as a great company that I like as an investor but also as a user. The decline is in China but I don't take it dramatically, just weaker years which is fine. My average purchase is somewhere around 160-170$ and if the price drops slightly below 200$ I will overbuy. 😊
