Walmart reported strong results and the outlook is also positive, yet the stock is down 6%. I honestly can't decide if this is a good buying opportunity or if the stock is still expensive.

The stock is still expensive, but I established a small position yesterday. In fact, $WMT stock doesn't fall this much very often.

Could I ask for some quick clarification on what makes you pay such multiples for low margin, slow growth retail?

After all, it's more expensive than Microsoft or ASML and other growth pieces. Who can pay this for a mall with +4% sales growth I really don't understand. It's currently about 50% more expensive than the 5y average.
