🔥 AMD yesterday surpassed a value of 1 trillion dollars for the first time!

Yesterday was historic for AMD $AMD. The stock shot up about 10% and the company got past the 1 trillion USD market cap threshold for the first time.

-The stock reached a new all-time high around 613 USD

-Since the start of the year AMD has added about 185%

-Market cap surpassed 1 trillion USD for the first time

-AMD thus joined Nvidia, Broadcom, and Micron among US chip companies that have surpassed this threshold.

Yesterday's growth was driven mainly by further optimism around AI. AMD is also gradually moving from just chips to complete AI systems and is trying to gain a larger share of a market still dominated by Nvidia.

For us, AMD is one of the most interesting companies in AI infrastructure, but after this year's 185% growth, expectations are already really high. It will be important to watch whether the company can confirm such significant appreciation with further results.
