🚨 Anthropic filed its S-1 yesterday. One of the biggest AI IPOs is getting closer

The company behind Claude published its IPO filing yesterday, giving investors a first detailed look at its numbers.

- 2025 revenue: $4.6 billion, roughly 12x year-over-year

-Operating loss: about $8 billion

-The company plans over $518 billion in future cloud and infrastructure commitments

-Expected valuation over $2 trillion

It's also interesting that about 80 of the prospectus's 261 pages are dedicated to risks alone. Anthropic, among other things, warns about safety risks associated with highly advanced AI.

For us, this IPO will be extremely interesting to watch. Growth is huge, but so are the costs and the expected valuation.
