π¨πΏ CSG AFTER DROP OF MORE THAN 60%! π Opportunity or value trap? $CSG.AS
One of the most interesting European defense companies trades today at approximately β¬13.80. And I'm starting to think a very interesting investment opportunity may be emerging here. π
I'm talking about Czechoslovak Group (CSG) β a manufacturer of ammunition, military equipment and defense systems.
The shares entered the market at β¬25, then rose as high as β¬35.50. Today they are more than 60% below the high.
And fundamentals? They don't look bad at all.
π Results for the first half of 2026:
β Revenue: β¬3.25 billion (+17.2%)
β EBIT: β¬784 million
β EBIT margin: 24.1%
β Backlog and projects under negotiation: β¬46 billion
But the most interesting part comes when looking to the future.
Analysts expect that in 2028 CSG could achieve:
π Revenue β¬10.1 billion
π° EBIT β¬2.69 billion
π΅ Free cash flow β¬1.43 billion
At today's price, that's about 8.2Γ expected earnings for 2028!
That's worth paying attention to.
β οΈ Of course, not everything is rosy. The company has question marks around cash flow, working capital, geopolitics and investor confidence. Low P/E alone does not mean a cheap stock.
Personally, I'm particularly interested in whether CSG can convert its high operating profits into actual cash.
π₯ On Bulios Creators I've prepared a more detailed look at CSG including analyst estimates, FCF, risks and price scenarios to 2028.

π¬ What do you think about CSG? Is the drop of more than 60% an opportunity or does the market see something investors are overlooking?
