Shares of $AAPL rose 5% yesterday on news that Apple is investing an additional $100 billion in the US. I have sold $AAPL stock this year and moved my money into $GOOG and $AMZN. Apple no longer strikes me as an interesting company and growth is slowing.
🎬 Disney surprises with steady growth! In the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, Disney $DIS proved solid results. The company reported year-over-year revenue growth of 2 % to $23.65 billion, with net earnings per share (EPS) rose to $2.92, more than double last year's figure. Adjusted EPS was $1.61, up 16 % up 16% from last year.
I had the shares but eventually sold them and moved the money elsewhere. The performance hasn't been ideal and overall I don't find the sector interesting anymore.

Pfizer ended up reporting pretty good results, and the stock is up 5%. The company is doing well, but I think it's all about whether they can develop a "miracle" drug. I still hold a few shares, but I'll probably sell the rest next year.

I think $BRK-B is already at a decent discount. The stock is down 14% since its ATH and the decline may not be over yet. While the S&P 500 continues to rise, $BRK-B is headed in the opposite direction and I think that creates a very interesting opportunity. I may finally establish a position.
How do you see it? Are you buying $BRK-B at a discountright now ?
Hey, I'm thinking about it too, but I'm holding back for now. I realize it may not get there at all, but I would like a price somewhere around $400, after all, Buffett won't be around much longer, as of the new year the company will be going purely without him, and I'm not saying he's the only one who can do it, but without him I think the company will lose some popularity and interest which could lead to a sell-off, and most importantly, by the next few years I don't think there will be as much growth and I see it more as a kind of "insurance policy" in the portfolio. 😊

Do you still consider $AAPL a growth stock?

There are certainly more interesting positions now. $AAPL isn't exactly cheap right now, so I've been buying up $AMD and $GOOG.

I don't have any shares in my portfolio and probably won't buy any. This sector is very complex and also the $NVO thing is more interesting right now.

I have $AMD, but it was similar with them now. The results were great and the company is doing well, but the stock was down a lot too.

Acquisitions are great and it will definitely help the company. The stock may fall now, but it will rise in the long run.
