Today I unfortunately had to use the services of Vienna Insurance Grp, so I at least took a look at their stock. How do you feel about buying and holding shares in insurance companies?

I like insurance companies, it's a stable business like banks and well predictable. Currently I only have Radian Group $RDN in my portfolio.

It's always when you buy insurance, so it is preceded by a not so great situation ;) but as an insurance company they are great for me, everything went quickly from their side
