Because according to Bulios' fair price, it's now 33% undervalued! What more do you need to know?! :-D
No seriously, it seems like a healthy company with tradition that has invested nicely now and is at a fine price for me.
I really like their acquisitions, fundamentals and they provide a lot of services and it's one of the best companies in this sector. Otherwise there is a lot of room for growth in the stock and the dividend is nice too :)
In addition to what is already here, I personally see a lot of room for upside in terms of the chart. 🙂 Plus, now that we're looking at the chart, there's a great buying opportunity... We're at a multi-tested and strong trendline from 2003.. 🙂 We're at a multi-tested and strong trendline from 2003.
For me, it's mainly decent management and fairly aggressive acquisitions that will lead to expansion. It's also a nice FCF yield. The business vertical that Philip mentions creates a strong moat.
That made me laugh😅 $CVS+2.7% is awesome and I have it in my portfolio. I don't think there's anything quite like it.
It is one of the largest companies in the sector in my opinion that has a network of pharmacies, drug delivery and also the healthcare segment is good. There are a lot of companies that are developing things etc, but that's where I think it's tricky, it depends on them developing something and possibly getting it approved. Whereas with these companies like $CVS+2.7%, then it's "just" selling it. Admittedly, an insurance company recently stopped working with them, but that supposedly didn't even account for about 10% of their revenue. That may have been responsible for the decline. I took advantage of that and kept buying.
