For a Palantir $PLTR+0.5% to recently announce a super collaboration with the government (the amount was around $250m), it's been pretty miserable these days. Does anyone know what's going on, see yesterday's 6% drop?

I would say that Palantir is just about breaking away from the government and starting to make money elsewhere.
I wouldn't look for anything behind it, PLTR has been behaving that way for a long time, it's the significant amount of retail loaded in this stock, markets are falling, so PLTR is carrying more along with them, on the other hand when it's rising it tends to add more too.
