Hello investors, what do you think about the current decline in REITs?

I was thinking of expanding my position and I am deciding between $PLD and $ARE, do you have these stocks in your portfolio?

I don't have these 2, but with interest rates dropping, the tide could turn. It's the main thing it's based on now. We'll see, we'll have to wait a while for that.
