Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M. is a major Israeli commercial bank, founded in 1902 as the Anglo-Palestine Bank. Headquartered at 24–32 Yehuda Halevi Street in Tel Aviv, it is one of Israel's largest banking institutions. The bank offers a wide range of financial services, including retail, corporate, commercial, and private banking, as well as investment and capital markets services. Its subsidiaries include Arab Israel Bank. Bank Leumi also operates international branches in the USA, UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Romania, Mexico, Uruguay, China, and Jersey. In 2022, its U.S. subsidiary was sold to Valley National Bank for $1.2 billion.
