Today, I have newly added British American Tobacco $BTI-0.8% to my portfolio. I'm playing my cards right now with the current valuation, a decent dividend, stability, and the replacement of the CEO with the very experienced Tadeo Marrocco.
I'm happy about that - my largest position in my portfolio is $BATS and I overbought today. I have great confidence in the future of the company, especially after the CEO change you mention. The planned buybacks and debt reduction will also do the trick.
I just had them in a post the other day, disregarding the moral aspect, the dividend more than great and hopefully I never had a red position with BTI.
