Today the stock is up over 20%, and over the last 5 days it's up +77%, which is quite a bump. I have their stock in my speculative portfolio and I'm currently over 30% in profit. I won't take profits yet, but I may sell some of the position before the end of the year.

Coinbase also reported results on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the results were not good at all and the stock subsequently fell by more than 15%. I have $COINstock in my speculative portfolio and of course I am not happy about this drop, but I will not be selling.
Is anyone buying $COINstock on this decline?

It's too big a risk for me. The stock is very volatile and the financials look scary too.

It can certainly be interesting. Personally, however, I'm definitely not into it, and I want to pick dividend stocks myself.

I recently bought shares of $COINandtoday I'm already +13%on that position . The stock can already be expensive and it wasn't cheap at all for me when I bought it either. I will hold the stock now and wait to see how the price of $BTCUSD develops.

Congratulations to everyone who took profit. I still made a beginner's mistake here and let my psyche get the better of me, I made my first purchase while the price was still falling from its highs. That was somewhere around $120 approx. Then I diluted a bit around the 60$ price ...well, because I was getting annoyed with how volatile it was and as you also discuss here, you can't take BTC equal to Coinbase again, plus as it was down, these crypto exchanges had problems too and you were afraid to get like the one that shut down the owner ...so as soon as the price got back to 0, I sold. Unfortunately, well, if I'd held today, I could have counted a nice profit like you. 😁 ...but that's one story too, that doesn't always work out.

Well I'm writing a bit late, but all in all yesterday was very interesting. Fake and then regular ETF approval on BTC and the price jumped quite a bit too.
Like fine, but it makes more sense to me to just buy $BTCUSD directly and I wouldn't bother with $COIN.
