I sometimes think about including aerospace stocks in my portfolio, but I can never decide if they are cheap or expensive. Both $UAL and $DALstocks have fallen nicely this year, but even so, they don't look cheap to me.

✈️ Delta Air Lines shares appreciate more than 10% after earnings announcement!
Delta $DAL was the first U.S. airline to release second quarter results, and it appears to have beaten expectations both in terms of numbers and sentiment. Indeed, after several months of weaker demand, booking trends are starting to stabilise. And the market has reacted very positively to this.

Shares of American Airlines fell about 8% yesterday after earnings, mainly due to a lower outlook for this year. I wasn't that impressed with $AAL, but lately it seems like the sector is starting to recover. I find $UAL and $DAL the best so far, but their share price is not too low again.

What do you think about the results of $AAL?

Yesterday's Delta Air Lines results were very positive, with shares up 9%. Revenues and earnings beat expectations and strong earnings are expected for 2025 (more in Flash News). I don't own stocks from this sector, but clearly this sector is starting to recover and companies are starting to do well.

Some time ago, I addressed my holding of $DALstock here . After great results, the stock rose further and now I have a 100% profit on it.

Shares of $RYAAY are down more than 15% today following the results. I don't care much for this company. The only stock I find interesting in this sector is $DAL.
