Lowe's $LOWreported results today . The results weren't terrible, but they certainly weren't positive, as indicated by the 2% drop in the stock. I don't have their stock in my portfolio, but if I had to pick from this sector, I' d choose$HD stock instead .
The results were in the final sum OK for me. We do have a worse outlook for this year, but the stock has fallen in line with that. If the company has lower EPS and sales, it can't go to a new high. Or actually it can, but we understand each other😁

Home Depot $HD Earnings - Tuesday:🏡💼 What will be the impact on the construction and home building sector?
The Home Depot $HD reported results this week, with sales of $37.7 billion. That's a 3% drop compared to the previous year. I had the company in my portfolio earlier and I'm glad I sold its stock in the end. How do you feel about the company?
Home Depot reports results tomorrow and results are expected to be worse than the previous quarter. I consider this a quality company, but the stock price is expensive at the moment.
How do you view Home Depot and at what price would you buy $HD stock ?
This week 8.5 - 12.5 we had some interesting companies reporting their quarterly results.
For my part, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by $WMT, whose results nicely exceeded expectations. I don't own shares of $WMT yet, but I would like to buy a few shares, but the share price would have to come down.

Home Depot is one of the largest retail companies in the construction industry. The company specializes in the sale of building materials, home supplies, or even garden equipment. It also helps with construction projects.
I'll keep an eye on that Google conference and see how PMI turns out.
