Lately, I've been thinking about adding some construction stocks to my portfolio. So far, I've been most interested in $NVR and $0M6I.L. Both are very high quality companies, but the stock is currently quite expensive.
What construction stocks do you have in your portfolio?
Shares of $O and $VICI did not grow much last year, but $NVR did very well. I recently came across NVR REITs and I have to say I've been quite impressed with their performance. The company has been growing steadily and the stock is not as expensive as it used to be. I still want to do a more detailed analysis, but so far I find this stock quite attractive.
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway disclosed new positions in three U.S. homebuilders on Monday, sending the companies' shares higher as the billionaire bets on the U.S. housing market.
These companies are really doing well and the performance is great. If $0M6I.L would get below $23, I would start buying.
