Which dividend stocks make up the largest part of your portfolio?

Of the dividend stocks, I have a larger position in $MO, $VICI, $O and $KOMB.PR.

Shares of $O and $VICI did not grow much last year, but $NVR did very well. I recently came across NVR REITs and I have to say I've been quite impressed with their performance. The company has been growing steadily and the stock is not as expensive as it used to be. I still want to do a more detailed analysis, but so far I find this stock quite attractive.

what's your favorite REIT and why?

I personally have my money spread out in this sector in $O, $VICI, $ADC and some more in the $FBRT fund .

In the end, therefore, a 0.5%cut in interest rates . I have to say that I was expecting only a 0.25% reduction. In my portfolio, I hope this will help mainly REITs ($O, $VICI) and maybe even $CVS.

So Realty Income's results were mixed for me and it didn't move the stock much. For me ,$Ostock of REITs makes up the largest position followed by $VICI.

Which of the REITs makes up the largest position in your portfolio?

Investors, which stocks do you think are currently undervalued and are you buying them?

For me, it's currently $MO, $O, $VICI and $P911.DE. I will definitely be buying REITs in March.

What is your favoriteREIT (other than $O)?

For me, it would have to be $VICI, which is the second and final REIT in my portfolio. Also interesting are the shares of $WPC, which I don't have in my portfolio, but may include in time.

What stocks are you planning to buy this week?

I'll still be buying REITs, so $O and $VICI + I'll still be buying $CAT.

Investors, which company's results will you be watching next week?

I'm definitely interested in the results of $O, $NVDA, $VICI, $WBD, and recently Garmin $GRMN caught my eye, so I'd like to see their results as well .

I see that $LTCstock is quite low, the price should rise according to analysts, and the company pays a solid dividend of around 7%. I have $O and $VICI stocks in my portfolio , but I would be happy to add some more to my portfolio from this sector.
