For me, it would have to be $VICI, which is the second and final REIT in my portfolio. Also interesting are the shares of $WPC, which I don't have in my portfolio, but may include in time.

Investors, what REITs do you have in your portfolio?

I've been adding mostly $O and $VICI lately, as those prices have been nice, and I'm still thinking about $WPC.

WP Carey reported their results yesterday, which were somehow neither good nor bad for me. Shares of $WPC are currently at a nice price and the company also pays a nice dividend.

How do you view WPC and do you have shares of $WPC in your portfolio?

REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O and $VICI and plan to take a closer look at $WPC. Shares of $O even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

$WPC is down more than 7% today on news that the board has approved a plan to exit office assets within its portfolio.
This plan includes:
1) Spin-off into a separate publicly traded REIT, with 59 office properties to be transferred to Net Lease Office Properties (NLOP).
2) Sale of office assets: 87 office properties will remain owned by $WPC and will be sold by January 2024.
