I wouldn't give too much weight to this metric and would rather focus on the company's financial health, competitive advantage, management and then address these metrics.

The company has missed out on the smartphone boom, failed to respond to the surge in demand for AI chips , while falling behind technology leaders like TSMC, Nvidia and AMD.
I'm not investing in Intel, but the way I see it, if everything goes right and the CEO makes the right decisions, the company could soon be doing well again and the stock could start to rise.
