I think $BRK-B is already at a decent discount. The stock is down 14% since its ATH and the decline may not be over yet. While the S&P 500 continues to rise, $BRK-B is headed in the opposite direction and I think that creates a very interesting opportunity. I may finally establish a position.
How do you see it? Are you buying $BRK-B at a discountright now ?
The S&P 500 ($^GSPC) is up -10% year-to-date, while $BRK-B stock is already up more than 14%. The current negative sentiment hasn't touched this company much, which is amazing. I'm still invested in the S&P 500, but I'm thinking of buying $BRK-B quietly at a lower price .
What's your take on $BRK-B?

$BRK-B reported very solid results today and the stock subsequently rose 4%. For example, operating profit for last quarter was up 71% (more in flash news). I regularly invest in the S&P 500, but this stock is also great for regular investing.
Would you rather invest in the S&P 500 or in $BRK-B?

I don't invest in the SP500. I have individual stocks in my portfolio and $BRK-B is among them.

It's a great company and I'm thinking of buying BRK-B now instead of SP500 in the future.
Hey, I'm thinking about it too, but I'm holding back for now. I realize it may not get there at all, but I would like a price somewhere around $400, after all, Buffett won't be around much longer, as of the new year the company will be going purely without him, and I'm not saying he's the only one who can do it, but without him I think the company will lose some popularity and interest which could lead to a sell-off, and most importantly, by the next few years I don't think there will be as much growth and I see it more as a kind of "insurance policy" in the portfolio. 😊
