Is anyone investing in the cybersecurity industry here ? Possibly what companies, I would like to add something to my portfolio, so far I have $CRWD+3.0%.
I am trying to invest mainly in profitable companies, but $CRWD+3.0% looks like it is on the right track.
I haven't given much thought to this sector yet. But thanks for the tip on the company, I'll definitely look into it.
I would mention $QLYS+1.0%. I think it's a decent company, just maybe a bit more expensive.
I have CRWD and it definitely has a future for me.. :) I have CSCO too yet I wanted to buy in at 45 when I saw it after trading but there wasn't much time and I didn't get around to it... :)
I'd look into $CSCO+0.6%. I think the industry is great with a good outlook for the future.
Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet are interesting.
I had Avast for a while, but I didn't buy their mother after the sale. From what I still have, CSCO makes part of the income there. In general, I think that those companies are not very cheap, Apple or MSFT handle security in-house, so the average user today may not even have to pay for security (but I do pay:) Big companies probably have to deal with it, but I don't know what potential there is if they eventually roll everything on the cloud and they can have it all sorted out in some package.
The company looks nice, so do you still see potential in it? I confess I'm not so sure about that yet. I have an IT company, but the cybersecurity field seems to me to be very full of different companies and so much competition to choose from. 🤔😊
