What do you think about the fact that $SHEL+1.0%, despite its promise to withdraw from the Russian market, is still (it's been a year) trading Russian gas?
According to the BBC and Global Witness, Shell takes 12% of the total gas exported.

I'd say it's not much. I wouldn't be afraid to tighten my belt at all, quite the opposite. The sooner things get back to normal, the better.
Look, there are two strategies being fought over here lately - dividends vs. growth.
I'm a proponent that growth stocks are simply better because you can pick ones that offer a good risk/reward ratio.
Dividend stocks are great, but to get the kind of gains I get with growth stocks, I'd have to spend a lot of time on that portfolio, which I don't want to do. And I just don't...

I see a certain "security" in divi shares but again, from my point of view, you need millions of capital to make some interesting numbers... The fact that I barely make enough a year from dividends to feed an average dinner in one person's house doesn't really bother me and unfortunately my portfolio doesn't have the "power" for a bigger parade yet :)

That may well be the case, it just needs to be talked about more, or someone makes a bigger investment and we're there.
What do you think of the (so far digital) "skirmish" between Musk and Zuckerberg?
What do you think, will there be a duel? I have a feeling that with the way $TSLA+0.2% stock is prone to Musk, he should try hard to win it if he does 😅.

I need to finally dig in and buy at least some of those ETFs. If only I didn't see so many opportunities elsewhere. 😁

Jack Ma has been in the background for a long time. Are you probably referring to Daniel Zhang as the departing CEO, who has been in charge since 2019 and will continue in the cloud division?

The dividend culture here is interesting. They can dream of such a yield in the USA. 😁

This is a terribly problematic issue. In the US, it is insanely expensive to study and without loans a large number of people would never be able to afford it - which is a negative for the state because it has less chance of finding really capable people with great potential. But on the other hand, every other nobody goes to university nowadays, often without any goal of what they want to be, just because of the degree, Then there is a glut, and the person with the degree has such poor prospects of getting a good job, and not much debt to boot - and such a person is not ideal for the state either. Debt forgiveness is not the solution, the solution would be to severely restrict according to ability so that every other monkey who is the least bit smart doesn't study.
