Elon Musk met with the Prime Minister of India.

This leads me to ask - are you investing in India? Or are you diversifying into an emerging markets index? 🤔

I need to finally dig in and buy at least some of those ETFs. If only I didn't see so many opportunities elsewhere. 😁

RB

I had a bit of a problem with it too, but hopefully I'll thank myself in 30 years. 😀

BC

It's definitely great for diversification. I haven't bought anything yet. But in the future I definitely plan to buy some ETFs that focus on India.

MR

1) ETFs specializing in India: $AASI.PA, $PINR.PA (my broker has it as INR.fr), NDIA.uk and others.

RB

Thanks for the tips!

JB

There is definitely potential in India, but it is still too early for me to invest. But I follow the market regularly, as well as the economy.

RB

I don't think it's too early to buy, I think it's already relatively stable and better than China for me.

MD

The message is great. India's potential is great. I'm not investing yet either. My broker offers me jet ETFs and not individual stocks. I'm watching that ETF, but I'd rather have individual titles more too.

CC

Individual titles, with a few exceptions (ADRs and the like), cannot be purchased from India unless you have Indian citizenship.

SJ

I don't invest because there aren't that many opportunities for us yet, or I don't know about them. I don't want pure ETFs, I'd rather go after individual companies that get better and better over time.

RB

I understand, I'll settle for ETFs for now and if they ever open it up to retail, I'll be happy to buy individual titles as well.
