$ABNB-0.2% joined the S&P 500 index in early September, which shot it up more than 10%. In recent days, however, it has been gradually writing off those gains. Do you think this was a good move for the S&P500? Definitely for $ABNB-0.2%, although it's hard to say whether it will keep the % it has gained.

As others have written here, if the company will qualify, why not. Of course, I would say it was a good move and we will see how the company's stock does going forward.

Diversification for the index is definitely fine, but I wonder how long it will qualify to be in the index.

If it meets the conditions to be in the index, it belongs there.

But I think it's good that this move will help diversify the index...

The question is how long it will last in the index :)

He's holding them pretty well so far. But if the indices go down, the stock could close the resulting gap. That would be a nice opportunity to enter the trade.
