Looking at the earnings season table for the first time, I see that next week will be marked by the results of electric car manufacturers, retailers and technology companies. Let's take a look at what analysts are expecting.
Personally, I'm most looking forward to the results of the following companies: Occidental Petroleum $OXY, Target $TGT, Rivian $RIVN, Monster Beverage $MNST, Nio $NIO, Snowflake $SNOW and Costco $COST.

Occidental Petroleum $OXY
The Zacks Consensus Estimate for fourth-quarter earnings per share and total revenue is set at $1.83 per share and $8.65 billion, reflecting year-over-year growth of 23.7% and 8%, respectively.
Target $TGT
Target is expected to deliver a year-over-year decline in earnings on lower sales after releasing results for the quarter ending January 2023.
The retailer is expected to post quarterly earnings of $1.39 per share in its upcoming report, representing a year-over-year change of -56.4%. Revenue is expected to be $30.69 billion, down 1% from the previous quarter.
Rivian $RIVN
This EV manufacturer is expected to report a quarterly loss of $1.89 per share in its upcoming report, representing a year-over-year change of +22.2%. Revenue is expected to be $713.8 million, up 1221.9% from the previous quarter.

Monster Beverage $MNST
This energy drink maker is expected to post quarterly earnings of $0.61 per share in its upcoming report, representing a year-over-year change of +1.7%. Revenue is expected to be $1.59 billion, up 11.4% from the previous quarter.
Nio $NIO
For the three months ended January, Wall Street expects Nio to report a loss per share of 12 cents on revenue of $1.54 billion. In the year-ago quarter, the company posted a loss per share of 16 cents on revenue of $1.03 billion.
For the full year, sales are expected to rise to 5.66 billion, which would be 121.6%.
Costco $COST
The company is expected to report EPS of $3.21, up 9.93% from the previous quarter, while the latest consensus estimate calls for quarterly revenue of $55.64 billion, up 7.21% from the year-ago period.
