Shares of $BTI and $MO formed new ATH today. Both stocks are up over 25% year to date and also pay a dividend of over 7%. I had both $BTI and $MOin my portfolio until the beginning of the summer . I sold $BTI and kept $MO as I trust Altria and don't need more than $BTI and two tobacco stocks in my portfolio.

I have $BTI and $MOstocks in my portfolio . I keep the position the same size, but I haven't overbought in a while and don't plan to. These companies pay a very solid dividend. However, I am starting to worry about the future of this sector.

Altria is increasing its share buybackprogram from the original $1 billion to $2.4 billion. This news flash made me quite happy, as I find buybacks to be much better than dividend payments.
