📈 Five interesting dividend companies that pay out monthly! 🚀
If you're looking for regular income from investments, dividend companies that pay out a share monthly are definitely an interesting option. 💰 These 5 REITs might be on your radar.

Realty Income reported results yesterday and the results were quite positive. Shares of $O are still holding around $50, $52 and I'm going to keep buying a little more.
How happy are you with the results and will you be overbought?
For me, it would have to be $VICI, which is the second and final REIT in my portfolio. Also interesting are the shares of $WPC, which I don't have in my portfolio, but may include in time.

Home Depot $HD Earnings - Tuesday:🏡💼 What will be the impact on the construction and home building sector?
Investors, which company's results will you be watching next week?
I'm definitely interested in the results of $O, $NVDA, $VICI, $WBD, and recently Garmin $GRMN caught my eye, so I'd like to see their results as well .
Nvidia will go to 800 or even 1000... :D No I'll watch for sure $HD and I'll be interested in $WMT but I don't expect such a pair that I'd think about buying we'll see..
I see that $LTCstock is quite low, the price should rise according to analysts, and the company pays a solid dividend of around 7%. I have $O and $VICI stocks in my portfolio , but I would be happy to add some more to my portfolio from this sector.
The two you have, I have them too and I'm very happy with them, if there's a drop yet, as my purchases are quite low, I'll buy more. The $LTC I don't know much about, but I have another 3 reit in my portfolio and that's $ABR
VICI is one of the key players in real estate investing, with an emphasis on the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Their portfolio includes attractive properties such as casinos, hotels and resorts that provide stable and... Read more
Of the REIT sector, these are the only two I have and want. If it was just about attractiveness, I'd go with VICI, but given some stability in fundamentals, etc., I'd go with O. REITs are pretty well represented in my portfolio. I have a larger amount of money in O, but right after that is VICI where I also have little. I'm looking forward to when the Fed starts cutting rates :D
Investors, is there a stock you've liked this year that you've bought often and has become your favorite?
I have become very fond of $ASML, $CVS and $O this year. I see potential in all three companies and think there is quite a bit of room for growth in the stock. I've bought the aforementioned stocks quite frequently this year and they already make up a large part of my... Read more
I also buy$CVS and $O, so I have more in the reit and I probably can't say what exactly I like the most, there are a lot of them but since I would like to have mostly dividend stocks in time, I see these two mentioned as great. 👍
I have the $O, but the $LTC caught my eye too.
