For me, why not. Personally, I watch it too and it annoys me that I missed out on buying it a few months ago when I started watching it. Indie potential is great in my opinion, just unfortunately I can only ETF it, the broker where I am doesn't have many standalone titles.

Netflix $NFLX has published complete viewership data for the first time, and will publish it semi-annually. And I was surprised to see that nine of the top ten most-watched titles are Netflix originals. That's a decent score:)

Pfizer $PFE announced the acquisition of biotech firm Seagen. This acquisition is another step in Pfizer's efforts to confirm its position as a long-term leader in oncology.

So we'll see how it turns out, as Marek writes, not every acquisition has to be so profitable. However, I have PFE shares in my portfolio and I am waiting for the growth.

Have a nice Monday, but I just read information that German carmaker Volkswagen is in talks with potential partners about possible cooperation in the development of a planned electric car with a price of up to 20,000 euros (roughly 490,000 CZK). And one of the possible partners is Renault, that would be an interesting connection. Is this a good move?

I'm quite skeptical of this plan. I'm not sure they'll be able to produce models this cheap in a few years. I'm sure it would be a great step. Cheap EVs are one way to win for me.

US retail chain Dollar General $DG released its 3Q results.

Sales rose 2.4% year-on-year to USD 9.7bn. Comparable sales declined 1.3% y-o-y on average market estimates of a 2.29% decline.

Daniel Ek, founder of Spotify $SPOT, announced that due to slower economic growth and a more difficult market, Spotify will lay off 17% of its workforce, roughly 1,500 people.

For some people it may be a matter of course, for others it is useless. Do you have a financial reserve? If so, how much/many months? I used to be on 4 and thanks to covid, I prefer to set it at six months.

If I were to calculate this on monthly income, I would currently have about 3-4 months income to spare.

Shares of Pfizer $PFE were down more than 5% yesterday. The state of Texas sued them for falsely sharing vaccine effectiveness, according to Bloomberg. The prosecutor is demanding $10 million from the company. USD 10.

I was stammering that the drop was bigger but didn't know why so thanks for the info. I do have Alxie PFE in my portfolio, but they make up and I want them to make up a smaller portion of the portfolio.

Today, Vienna Insurance reported 9M results of 11.4% year-on-year growth in gross written premiums to EUR 10.619bn on the back of growth in all segments. At the same time, VIG Insurance communicated its intention to pay a dividend for 2023 at or above the same level as last year. Do you have them included in your portfolio?

Hormel Foods Corporation $HRL reported fourth-quarter net sales of $3.2 billion, beating expectations of $3.26 billion. Earnings per share (EPS) came in at $0.36, missing the EPS expectation of $0.44. Adjusted EPS was $0.42.

It can be very interesting with some nice opportunities. However, I will include CVX in my portfolio from the energy sector and that will probably be enough :D
